I have done Cumulative Update KB4103721 Windows 10 v1803 Build 17134.48. It has reduced free spceof driveby 2 GB. After doing cleaning by
Cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535
and
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
and did sfc /scannow.
Still 1.7 GB less in free space of drive.
How to know why this much space was used? How to reclaim it.
If you have System Protection turned on, then these updates would have created at least one more Restore Point.
Option Two (Disk Clean up) in this tutorial can delete all but the latest restore point. The other options can delete all restore points.

Well, then in theory you shouldn't be loosing space to restore points. In practice however, sometimes restore points or similar that have been made in the past fail to get removed when system protection is turned off. Such data is stored in the hidden and protected 'System Volume Information' folder and can be difficult to spot (and even more difficult to delete).
We need to look deeper to see what's taken up the space.
Settings > System > Storage may help. If you click on the 'This PC' bar you'll get a more detailed breakdown of usage, each of which can be clicked on to get an even more detailed breakdown. The 'System restore' size appears in the 'This PC > System & reserved' total. However, this will be the size that the system knows about, 'ghost' data that it has lost track of may not be counted.
For an even more detailed breakdown of usage, TreeSize Free gives an 'explorer' type view of the folders and their size.
