So I just got a new acer one 10 tablet the model is one S1003and when I enter the settings by pressing F2 while acer logo is there I get Main,Boot, and exit option only. I just wanted to get 64 bit on windows 10 because I have 32 bit windows 10 but there was no boot priority order so I had to disable secure boot but then there was no security tab. How can I solve this?

Your PC has 32 bit EFI and the EFI version must match the OS version. You can boot 64 bit Linux using 32bit grub EFI loader with this will not work for Windows. The only way to boot 64 bit Windows is from 64 bit EFI or using BIOS emulation (CSM) which the ASUS doesn't have I believe.
As for getting BIOS options you can try turning off fast startup (powercfg -h off from administrator command prompt) and then reboot/press F2 but even then I'm pretty sure you'll be unable to install Windows 64 bit.
This is almost certainly the correct explanation but is a shame as the CPU is Cherry Trail series and there are 64bit tablets but they have to be designed up front like that. In the end, most tablet designers still go for 32bit as it has a lower installation footprint on 32GB mmc devices.
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
1) echo %PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%
2) sfc /scannow
3) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
In the left lower corner search type: msinfo32 > save as nfo > zip > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread.
