Lifewire (for whom I now write) has a pretty good collection of reasonably useful items at Command Prompt Resources - Lifewire. Check it out! You can always look commands up by category or by name through TechNet/MS Docs, too.

Except for the added verbiage they are the same. I checked both links and they open to the same page. Tabbing between the two shows no difference in the details, system requirements, or install instructions so I'd have to agree with Kari.
Perhaps the difference is Kari's source?
