Service Host: Local Service (Network Restricted) High CPU usage?

Hello so i started having that problems like 1-2 weeks ago. No idea what causes it haven't installed or uninstalled anything
it just spikes up randomly and causes lag when im playing games etc

Maybe a conflict with a software module pushing out sound.

I have no idea its just getting annoying every match in tom clancy's rainbow six siege its starts for like 2-4 mins massive fps drop and then it just stops like nothing happend game runs ok again. Tot just that game but other games to like fallout 4 etc
if anyone have any idea what should i do let me know.

How old is the VIA HD Audio driver?

My PC has Intel and Realtek, and the two have carved out separate responsibilities in terms of audio inputs and outputs.

In your case, NVidia seems to be 'benched'. There was an NVidia update March 27th.

Since gaming is primary, perhaps see if there is a VIA update from VIA, and not from Microsoft. If none is available, perhaps disable VIA, and see if NVidia comes off the 'bench'.
