    Hi,

The Boot trace shows that the Welcome screen was displayed at 53s and you clicked to enter your credentials at 159s from the boot !

Usually, the black screen is related to a bad graphics card driver. When you boot in safe mode, are you experiencing the same delay? if not, it means that your graphics card driver is the cause

I see that you use the latest intel HD 630 graphic driver available on the Intel Website. But I would recommand that install the latest driver available on the Dell Website

    Shutdown time

Using Windows ISO and yes I did install all drivers from Dell’s website.

Had run Autoruns to disable unwanted scheduled tasks. Did checkdisk as well. Superfetch and Windows search is disabled. Windows update is set to Manual.

This depends entirely on how long the system was up, when only 5 minutes you will get this:

When you were using your system (W10) 1 hour or so you will shutdown in half the time:

The reason is that 50 processes like Defender and maintenance apps are running in the first 10 minutes and will take time to shut down.

For the record, sometimes updating drivers (not needed to if they are working fine), adds more time to shutdown, like when I update my E2000 Killer networking ethernet driver from 2016 (MS) to latest one. Shutdown time increases by 400%
