Windows 10 PC crash/Freeze randomly occurring

So I started to get this issue with my windows 10 pc not too long ago and it either results in a full hard crash or a freeze out of nowhere with no error code to go by, I also deleted 2 languages both which are chinese I just did this not too long ago before posting this but it seemed to fix my corrupted files with sfc /scannow in admin cmd. I was wondering if there is anything you can see in my log now that will show any signs of errors that i should be aware of.

edit: I had the 2 available chinese packs on my system, windows 10 pro. non commercial use.

a full hard crash

please?

- sudden abrupt abnormal shutdown
- sudden 'normal' shutdown

Please have a look at your Reliability History. Are there any significant red x's? (Click on them and see what they say).
Do any correlate with your observed shutdowns?

it seemed to fix my corrupted files

Do you mean SFC /SCANNOW gave you a message indicating success?

Freezes generate no logs, so their cause is hard to track down.

1. My crash is a sudden abrupt shutdown with no way to stop it.
same thing goes for the random Freeze although this was is
even more rare.

note: these crashes and freezes do not happen right away I can
be doing everyday task on my pc playing games/reading/browsing
I already run malwarebytes, checked the memory, fixed any issues with
windows updates or failed updates. sometimes they happen during
some application or when nothing is going on at all and its usually several
hours after booting up my system.

2. for my red x's in my reliability history they seem pretty straight
forward that the system was shut off but doesn't show that there
was an issue that caused it to happen.

3. my link above with my last CBS log was the one that gave
success with nothing showing anything wrong this was after removing
chinese language from my pc.
however running the SFC /SCANNOW this one was the one that told
me about the corrupted files in my CMD box.

note:
i also noticed another really odd thing happening
this is probably heavily correlated with the issue but this started to
happen maybe 1 week ago where the system will have trouble booting
into windows not proceeding with the boot.

I tested to see if maybe it is just booting into it slowly probably a memory error
and did not seem to affect anything until i shut it down myself.
I usually flip power supply off unplug the power cable from the pc itself than turn the
power on and than boot the system up usually it will turn on and boot to the OS just
fine with no error messages.

a sudden abrupt shutdown

- suggests possible thermal shutdown (overheating) - but could be other hardware failure.

Try e.g. Hwinfo64 (sensors) and check temps. (free utility- download, install).
In its System Summary, assuming you have more than 1 stick of RAM, please confirm they are identical.

Disk:
Download install and run Hard Disk Sentinel (trial) and post a screenshot of its GUI. Gives a clear indication. Have a look at each drive shown.
To post a screenshot please use the icon to the left of the video icon above your post.

What type of disk(s) do you have?

If Hard Disk Sentinel shows your disks are ok, please run
chkdsk c: /F
from an admin command prompt.

Your PC will need to restart.

Please confirm the PC is shut down when you do this - which should not be necessary, of course.

Your log suggests a problem with Windows Update components
I suggest at this stage that is secondary.
