Make a boot trace and I'll take a look at it.
I always start with cpu and disk IO. Usually it's sufficient for most cases. And if there is need to have network or other events I'll take another boot trace.
I don't think there is a risk - it doesn't contain private information. Anyway it downloads fine. I got this warning looking at it - don't know if it matters:
But the most obvious thing to me was the system was sat at log on for 40 seconds while DropboxUpdate was running.
Lets see what @zinou says - I can't really understand these files to be honest - I am just learning.
Max 5 messages per day is the limit. So I cannot solve this today it seems in this forum, meaning these 2 private messages were not sent.
Fact is that dropbox uninstall was not the answer for 5 min Black Screen issue, there is something else in that Windows update KB4074588 in my (random) case
