Crashes caused by AV?

    1) For Ccleaner un-check:
    a) Memory dumps
    b) Windows log files

    2) For startup and recovery system failure un-check
    a) automatically restart

    3) The gigabyte website displayed the computer BIOS for Vista: FA
    Was the computer's operating system upgraded from a much older version of Windows?
    The suggested BIOS for Windows 7 64 bit is F2
    There is no suggested BIOS for Windows 10.

    Unchecked the boxes you said.
    It was upgraded from Win7 64bit to Win10

    This is the older version of the log collector.
    Please run it and post a zip into this thread:

    Memtest ran overnight for 8 passes with no errors.

    The logs displayed software that diverts the activation of Microsoft products.
    Please explain the use of this tool.

    I think it was from when i had WIN7 installed and used to activate MS works as was using my brothers version and for some reason would never activate unless i used that.

    1) open whocrashed
    2) in the left upper corner above analyze click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT
    3) click analyze > post an image of the whocrashed report into the thread as a one drive or drop box share link
    4) run the log collector and post a new zip after the crash dump test

    After i type ACCEPT do i make it crash or just go straight to Analyse?
