    Hi

I ran the 3 customised test settings verifier for 36 hrs including some Train Simulation for a few hours and nothing
    ill happened

I then ran the 19 settings and ran the train simulation again and got a crash.

When I try to restart in safe mode to turn off verifier I get a crash and system restore crashed.

    I tried many iterations of
    command prompt > Administrator: X:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe > X:\Sources:> type:
verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail but got a message that Administrator was not recognised but I'm sure I am not
    understanding exactly what to type.

I do have my clone of the boot drive.

    What should I do next.

    Cheers

    Daniel

The brand new restore point should be the 3rd option to recover from windows verifier related problems.
It often leads to a loss of the BSOD dump file.
If all of the above fail then perform the following steps:
    1) on a working computer create a bootable windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10
    2) boot to the iso using boot menu > external USB hard drive
    3) options should include:
    a) system restore
    b) system image recovery
    c) startup repair
    d) command prompt
    4) Report your progress using the windows 10 iso
Using command prompt there are multiple options:
    a) fixing the boot
    b) fixing the drive
    c) fixing the operating system
    d) fixing the registry
If all of the above fail there is boot recovery.

Hi, I'm back and with some time before I work again.

I started "verifier" with the 19 options and it crashed on restart, I booted into safe made and turned verifier off, I ran WHOCRASHED, LOGCOLLECTOR and DMLOGCOLLECTOR and have a picture of the BSOD
    have posted the results here.

Hope they are what you need.

    Regards

The BSOD window displayed the misbehaving driver: RtkBtfilter.sys

This was confirmed by the BSOD debugging.

    Hi

I have disabled bluetooth, I do not use it on the PC anyway.

I have now managed to restart the PC and will see how it goes for a few days,
    unless something happens sooner.

    Regards

Sometimes companies may have free customer support.
If you can find it then submit a ticket.
If you don't need the driver then that's easier.
