According to online sources, the first item (scnotification.exe) is a notification engine for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. Probably by no concidence whatsover, ccmexec is a software agent that runs on the client side (your PC) whose job is to field and handle incoming software patches and fixes from Microsoft System Management Server (a "partner" for Microsoft SCCM). Here's an interesting note from the Microsoft Developer blog about the latter item: ccmexec.exe and inventory.exe Jonathan Hardwick.
