Sudden slow boot time on Windows Loading screen with SSD

I just noticed in the last few days that my PC takes about 2-3 minutes to boot up. It takes about 5 seconds to post and then hangs on Windows loading screen for about 2-3 minutes, which used to be around 10-15 seconds. I'm not really sure when it started.

I did a test to check if my SSD speeds and they seem perfectly fine (500mb read/write) . I searched around for a fix but couldn't find anything similar to my problem, so I used a Windows Performance Recorder and recorded my last boot, I'll upload it if it helps fixing the issue:

Tried booting with all startup processes turned off and all USB ports unplugged, no change. Tried both Windows fast boot both on and off and again no change.

    Thanks

    1) Run this log collector and place a zip into this thread:
    log collector v2-beta08.zip

    2) open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    3) sfc /scannow
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) chkdsk /scan

    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    7) msconfig (in the pop up system configuration > move the dot from normal startup to selective startup > uncheck load startup items > click service tab > in left lower corner check hide all Microsoft services > in the lower right side click disable all > click apply or ok > do not reboot)

    8) taskmgr (in the pop up task manager > click on the start up tab > click on status so that the column sorts with enable rising to the top > right click on each row with enable and change to disable)

    Hi,

    What you can do to troubleshoot that the right way and get answers to your problem is;

-Download and Install windows Performance Toolkit https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...ed/adk-install . Choose the package corresponding to your Windows version.
-Record a trace using Windows Performance Recorder using these options: https://justpaste.it/1g4sx
    -Compress the resulting file
    - Share it through https://www.transfernow.net/en/or any other file sharing platform.

I'llanalyze your trace file and give you a feedback.

    See you…

    Hi zinou,
I was away for the weekend so I couldn't respond, but if you check my original post I uploaded on google drive a Windows Performance Recorder trace with boot options. Is my upload any different then your suggestion? I'll upload another one if it's needed.

    Thanks!

I don't see any delay in the trace you gave !

All the boot phases are about a few secondes !

Hmm, that is weird. My windows loading screen is certainly 3 minutes long every time I boot it up. Problem is, I have moved my Users folder from my SSD windows drive to my HDD to save up space and data write on the SSD, so Reset this PC option in windows is unusable and a pain in the ass because I would have to move everything back. Anyways, looks like I don't have many options.

    Thanks for the help, though!

Hey zbook, if you're here to help with the problem, I also want to note that booting in Safe Mode doesn't change anything, boot times are still very long.

Edit: I also did a few other recordings and it still shows the same values.
