This is what i need you to do first disconnect all attached devices from your computer this includes internal HDDs and SSDs even the drive where Windows 10 installed, leave mouse and keyboard connected. Create yourself a bootable Windows 10 USB flash drive and configure BIOS to boot from USB flash drive then boot your computer with USB flash drive and please record the boot process for me so i can see where problem coming from.
You can use Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to create bootable Windows 10 USB flash drive. You can also use RUFUS to create bootable Windows 10 USB flash drive.

i have 5 drives, 2 SSD'S and 3 HDD, in turn i reconnected 1 drive after one boot, and found that the last one caused the slow boot, as to why this is happening so that i don't have to sacrifice storage would be great?
