    Windows 10 stuttering

    Hi

I've just upgraded to windows 10 but now every half minute or so my computer freezes/stutters for a half second locking everything up. I've looked in the task manager to see if there's a CPU or memory spike but nothing is showing up. Also the same thing happens whilst watching youtube videos

still on 8.1 but I have a screen blackout for 2-3 secs with youtube or win movie maker - obviously a problem somewhere with video software. Its not java or flash, I've tested them.

I am currently considering two options wait for 10 or do a 8.1 repair and have to reinstall much of my software.
