    Hi,

Can you compress and share your boot log, I'll take a look in WPA...

To get a better boot trace it's suitable to setup autologon, this way you don't have to enter your credentials and hence you'll get more representaive boot time...

Can you provide a less big boot trace ?

Could you get another trace with WPA, this time don't forget to not do anything whilst waiting :)
The winlogon init. takes 6 minutes, while everything else takes 27s total.

Could you also run Autoruns by Mark Russinovich, save it and upload the file as a zip.

In your first post you said that it takes 2 min to your your system to boot !From the boot trace I see that your desktop is shown after 17s !

Apart the pre-session init & Session Init phases that took 5s each (Above the normal for an SSD Disk), the other phases's duration is correct. In the Pre-session init phase there is a delay of 3s, originated by the IDE Channel. Have any PCI IDE card on your Mother boeard ? or an IDE device ?

no IDE device but there is a IDE connection on the mobo (every disk is in AHCI in the bios), the huge delay in boot happens with the win10 logo after bios that stays there for 90sec+

What kind of IDE connection ? PCI IDE card? Are all your HDD connected to a SATA port or is there an IDE HDD connection?

Have you tried disconnecting your other disk drives and see if it makes any difference in boot time? In my personal experience, a drive that may be starting to fail will slow the boot time very bad, even though it is not the OS drive, on both SATA or USB connections. Might be worth a check.
