Slow boot time on SSD (during OS loading screen)

Having the same issue after reinstalling windows from scratch, and i also have an ASUS motherboard.
Boot degradation is happening with almost every boot, i'm desperately holding for the Spring Creators Update which might somehow resolve this.

Having the same issue even after a complete reinstall (after several weeks, boot degradation starts occurring), any chance the Spring CU will resolve it?

Can whoever has this slow boot time check the "Last BIOS time" value on Task Manager - Startup tab?
Mine shows 14s after reboot, if you have fast startup enabled and you shutdown, it will be accumulated until next reboot / shutdown without fast startup.

thanks bro for this link,it helped me a lot..Same issue as yours,do not care bout restart right now ,but it works on shoutdown and power on....do not know what happend i was trying to connect new keboard ,hit with hand psu cable and there was some strange sound and after that my problem begin,i have tried everything i knew,but when i was connect another ssd with os on it it worked normal,so my conclusion was that problem is not in bios settings,thanks man for this link.you saved me so much time ..

Imao sam identican problem kao i ti..do pre 2 dana sve je bilo normalno,kupio sam novu tastaturu hteo da povezem racunar je bio ugasen,zakacio rukom kaabel od psu culo se krckanje i zujanje kad sam startovao racunar identicna situacija kao na videu koji si postavio,mislio sam da trazi drajvere za tastaturu ,medjutim shvatio sam da je u pitanju nesto daleko misterioznije,nema sta nisam probao ...dve noci samproveo u biosu fizicki otkacio sve drajvove sve usb konekcije i onda sam se dosetio da iz drugog racunara prikljucim ssd umesto ovog mog..i sa tim drugim ssd-om koji ima isto windows 10 ali naravno skroz drugi programi sistem je radio normalno ,normalan boot ,cak i bez drajvera cisto onako na windows drajverima dizao je sistem najnormalnije i na resetu i na power on..tu sam zakljucio da nije do biosa i da nije do ostatka hardvera..
suzio sam krug na sam ssd i na moj windows,ali sa ovim tvojim sortkatom sad radi normalno znaci nije ssd .hvala ti mnogo na svemu sto si pokusao i na resenjima koja si podelio.

same problem as Deadly Chef,among many tries i switched ssd-s..and with ssd from another pc ,mine booted jus fine,so i narrow my suspicions to my ssd or my windows..This link that he posted worked in my case,with power on pc, and i am very thankful for this kind of info and i am very glad that this is not hardware problem.
