Having the same issue after reinstalling windows from scratch, and i also have an ASUS motherboard.
Boot degradation is happening with almost every boot, i'm desperately holding for the Spring Creators Update which might somehow resolve this.

Having the same issue even after a complete reinstall (after several weeks, boot degradation starts occurring), any chance the Spring CU will resolve it?

Can whoever has this slow boot time check the "Last BIOS time" value on Task Manager - Startup tab?
Mine shows 14s after reboot, if you have fast startup enabled and you shutdown, it will be accumulated until next reboot / shutdown without fast startup.

I tried it with it turned on, no difference. @lehnerus2000, there are some errors but nothing that can point me to something specific.

Also when I use this shortcut I made (found the code somewhere) it is fast. But it doesn't work on restarts.

    %windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -hybrid -f -t 00
thanks bro for this link,it helped me a lot..Same issue as yours,do not care bout restart right now ,but it works on shoutdown and power on....do not know what happend i was trying to connect new keboard ,hit with hand psu cable and there was some strange sound and after that my problem begin,i have tried everything i knew, but when i was connect another ssd with os on it it worked normal,so my conclusion was that problem is not in bios settings, thanks man for this link.you saved me so much time ..
