    Software to Clean Hard Drive

    Good morning,
I would like to thank everyone for all of the help I have received with my problem. However, I could not get the hard drive cleaned. Is there a software that TECHS use to clean the hard drive? I willing to buy it today.

I use Windows Cleanup (run as admin), additional software can be used like:

CCleaner, Wise Disk Cleaner and DriverStore Explorer (to remove old drivers).

You can also use WizTree to find out, what is "eating it" and remove it manually.

Will the work to completely clean the hard drive and reinstall windows? I was leaning more to CCCleaner Pro Plus.

Are you referring Cleanup as removing junk from you drive or Cleanup as being "Wipe the Drive"?
Wiping a drive removes everything. Cleaning a drive just removes unwanted junk.

Yes, I want to wipe the drive and reinstall the OS. I bought the CCCleaner and it works but I want the hard drive completely clean. CC doesn't do that.

Unless you want to 'wipe the drive' so that nothing could be traced or recovered (even by a forensic lab) then you need specialist software.

If you just want to 'wipe' to get the best possible clean install then you need nothing, the install media will allow you to take the drive down to unallocated space and start afresh. Just delete all the partitions using the 'custom install' options that are offered.

Power on the computer and repetitively click the F2 key to boot to the BIOS menu.
Each computer model may have a different menu.
    Look in security > utilities
See if you can find options for either:
    a) secure erase
    b) sanitizer
