Just to make sure - is it simply a matter of running out of space on C: drive? Have you tried a thorough Disk Cleanup?
See here: (system compression doesn't likely apply here, not yet at least) Open and Use Disk Cleanup in Windows 10 See in particular step 5 and include that.
I agree with that thought.
Your Disk Management screenshot shows only 15% free on drive C

Also according to Clean Install Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials Windows 10 system requirements for free hard disk space is 16GB for 32-bit or 20GB for 64-bit.
--- You might want to consider a higher hard drive, preferably an SSD.
With that information though I suspect your Lenovo is an older unit with Windows 10 32-bit and I’d consider replacing it.

Last but not least, please save your data.
You're drive is just too small. Get a larger drive and you're problems will go away. You can clone the small, 30GB drive to your new drive when you get it so no install should be needed. A 128GB or 250GB SSD would be ideal and give you a big performance boost.
Trying to fit 10lbs of stuff in a 5lb sack is frustrating at best and useless all the time.
Let's review some of the information & recommendations so far.
In post #5, it shows 1.24GB free of 27.8GB on drive C: that equals 4.5%.
In post #7 it shows 4.26GB free of 27.77GB free on drive C: that equals 15.3%.
I'm not a hardware person so I'm not familiar as to why there is such a difference but either way drive C doesn't have any wiggle room. I agree with "your drive is just too small" in post #16.
I know you have tried everything but we don't know what that means and we might be repeating what you have tried. However please do the recommended items so we can know the results of the situation on the spot: disk cleanup, defrag & the error checking procedure.
It has been requested "How did you try and what error did it report?" in post #11.

Thank you for letting us know the Lenovo is a 64-bit system.
--- How much RAM do you have? I know the recommended minimum is 2GB for a 64-bit system but to me that amounts to minimum performance: I recommend at least 4GB on a 64-bit system.
EDIT: I did a search for your Lenovo Probook 6470b but I'm getting HP Probook 6470b for results.

Is it possible the 30GB HDD you have isn't the original HDD that came with the computer?
