    Do you use xmp or just keep things manual ?
    Or have you had luck with xmp ?

    I have done both, XMP works fine

    Edit @ThrashZone When I enable XMP it sets SA and VCCIO higher than needed so I manually lower those

    You know I noticed my temps were a little higher still look okay but in the mid 30c I did go back to my cpu oc though at all core 46 though I'll post a cpuid
    What is SA ?

    Okay thanks :)
    Here's the cpuid a tad lower I increased the adaptive from 0.125 to 0.240 maybe that's why ?

    Not sure what is going on here shows my core voltage still at 95 ?
    Temps look good though 70c

    Load Line Calibration, with adaptive your voltage fluctuates, and CPUz acts funny sometimes anyway. Notice your screen shot in the link is showing less speed
