What type of Thermal Paste do you use ?

    Regarding the 20 to 25 degree C drop, isn't that what some claim to achieve after delidding and using liquid metal under the lid and on top of it ?

    If you were one of the unfortunate ones and got a cpu all goobered up from Intel then a delid can have some serious good results. I have seen some guys say they got that big of a gain in lowering temps.

    I have not. I have a 900p ssd inbound. I think when I do a clean install I may do it then. Have CLU or Conductonaut in house, not sure which I will use.

    Yes it is an absolute 20c+ drop
    You can confirm that just look at the oc thread I've posted there from date to about 4 weeks ago
