Just as Samsung has already said they were going to increase production to help the supply shortage.
But they are not increasing it enough according to the article.

I payed $343.81 total for my last 32GB set of Corsair Dominator from Amazon on September 14 2017

It's now going for $429.99 and that does not include tax (shipping would be free) and it's going for $449.99 directly from Corsair with $4.89 shipping.

Yes, memory prices are getting quite out of hand.

Or they are trying to divert attention away from the negative press. Ram prices have been out of hand for a long time. I don't think it is quite as bad now as it was when the X99 boards were first released.

I updated my Aida64 sensor panel colors(background from very dark gray to purple, and the gauge from dark to white) to match the new ROG wallpaper I created today, that now matches the ambient LED lighting in my case(not the hardware, just LED strips in the case).

The purple ambient doesn't show up so well in the webcams shot
But I have burple(blueish purple) LED strips around the from edge of the case, and the same color set to the motherboards M:2 slot and the chipset's heat sink(mostly covered from the Zotac)

But there is definitely a UVish purple glow inside of the case.

My Logitech webcam is good enough for skype, but really lousy for video:)
I just wanted to show the lighting, but the blue highlighting overrides the purple ambient

You should think about buying yourself a small camera Cliff, maybe like a Canon, they have many different models, some are not that expensive. Your pictures would look So Much Better. Heck my Canon is about 18 years old, and still takes a great picture.

Just to take pics of my PC?
Sadly at this point in my life, it's the only thing that interests me still
But I have been interested in computers since I saw my first mainframe at The Boston Museum of Science(they had terminals set up and could try some stuff on it) in the 4th or 5th grade(school field trip)

Bottleneck detected: Your GPU is too weak for this processor. Intel Core i7-8700K @ 3.70GHz with GeForce GTX 1060 (x1) will produce 28% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck. We recommend you to replace GeForce GTX 1060 with GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.

Says “bottleneck” but bottleneck to what, Space invaders? :)

besides the price of a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is the same as another CPU, Motherboard and Ram
    That Bottleneck calculator is fooey

It will claim you have bottlenecks on high end parts that we know have no bottlenecks at all if you look at the scores from Benchmarks are the CPU's that are supposed GPU bottlenecks are the top one's so really it has a lot of faults even a 7700k is a bottleneck for a 1080ti come on really ?
