Don't worry about so called bottle neck from a calculator, it doesn't really take into account other uses, like if you use virtual machines, and not game, for example, but yeah, a video card upgrade is something you might want to think about later though.
As for which RAM to buy, unless you are trying to benchmark it as far as you can, the sweet spot is 3200 to 3600MHz, where in normal use you won't really notice a difference, according to OC3D's Tiny Tom.

When you get even higher rated(ie 4000MHz), even though using XMP profile, you can still get stability issues, when overclocking the CPU at the same time.
In this case it's really up to you.
3200 for regular daily use and gaming.
3600 for benchmarking the hell out of it
