So, I have the CPU, both M.2 PCIe SSDs, the RAM, and the mount for the AIO/CLC in.

I just pulled out the old board and mounted the new one.

One nice thing with this ASUS is, the back I/O plate is mounted directly on the board, and you just need to place the board over the screw holes in the case, an no fighting the plate to stay in place while you adjust the board into position.

Now it's time to cable up

    Hi,
Why would the fan headers be a problem ?
Just not a lot of them ?
That is a bummer not sure what they were thinking

Still on my laptop for now....
    But not for long

I made it into UEFI and my CPU temp is 24°C after 3 minutes, so I guess I have the right amount of thermal paste,
    Now to configure everything

Right now I'm updating the BIOS using the online inside of UEFI selection, seems to be going well.

Yeah Asus EZ Flash is quick and painless.

Bios Flashback is awesome as well, don't even need cpu, ram, or gpu present. Just standby power from 24 pin power plug.
