    Hi,
Can't be any worse than my aoc in system spec's which has a crappy cheap power adapter

    GSync messes with some benchmarks.
You're not supposed to have it on but not every benchmark is affected like Unigine for instance G-sync doesn't really apply but on 3dMark you betcha skippy it does

    Hi,
Yeah NVidia activates gsync just by connecting a monitor compatible with it
Happens to me every time and I have to reconnect to it and disable gsync again :)

My delidded 8700K is on the way to papa
It should be here tomorrow morning, but I'll wait until the tracking number starts showing something, as it takes a couple of hours with DHL.

Thanks, Mike, yeah I need to figure the cabling, because I want to use both M.2 SSD slots, and need to figure out which SATA are turned off when both are used.
I'll have two M.2's, two 2.5" SSDs, and one 2TB HDD, so I only need 3 SATA slots, but I need to figure which 3 I can use, because that ZOTAC will block access once it's installed, and I really don't feel like taking it out just to switch a SATA cable

On a side note, even though all the reviewers comment on how large a Zotac 1080 Ti is, it's rather light in weight.

Cliff, the manual will tell you which 2 ports, but the ones I have looked at are usually the last 2. Ports should be numbered on the board.

bordi, check out this fresh video from Gamers Nexus, before deciding on a 8700K.
If you save there, you can maybe get a 1070 or 1070 Ti

@bordi, don't worry about being a nuisance, we love doing this. As best as I can tell, everything looks fine. I'm not familiar with the Team Dark ram, although I have seen it around, but I assume it will be good. It has good timings on it.
