Since it will be awhile for the CPU Cliff, can I try out the Thermaltake cooler for you ?????
I'm installing it on my 6700K(current build) because the cmount point is behind the psu at the top.

On my Apex VI board there were two screws holding the entire mosfet vrm coolers on. The monoblock goes on with 4 standard mounts that on my board go right through to the back of the board and screw on from there. No back plate required. You also use the two screw holes to tighten the top of the monoblock down on the vrm's.
    Hi,
Thanks that is what I understood from the pdf :)

Right now I'm taking what I call a "frustration break"

These damn hardware companies, have really thorough instructions on how to use their software, and get all the F'n bling-bling hooked up and working(the extra cables needed), but the instructions on how to mount the stuff, bah!

Well EK got back to me already, and they will not be making mono blocks for the Asus TUF X299 Mark 1 or Mark 2 so I said wth and asked them why not.

But these are the models they have so far.

It`s no big deal to me, right now my H115i is doing a fine job.

This is the X299 with W7 installed and a 4.8 OC
    Hi,
Not bad I believe I was at 4.8 on my valley score too :)

It's the wiring, they don't show, you know, what connects where?
