    Hi,
Nope the delid should be ready for pick up this morning sometime :)

Yeah I was tickering with some new ram 3200c15 i believe it was same dominator
I'm using some 2666c15 now on the x299 and 2666c16 on my x99
So are you getting better results with lower ram timings i was beginning to believe this is gospel because i noticed everything else at higher ram speeds runs horribly worse than if it was lower

    Hi,
    Well I was well over 2666 :)
I was hitting at 2898 but it was getting funky but 2828 was a sweet spot pretty much why I was looking into 3200 and if I have to under clock it that is easily done
3600c16 was also on my radar mostly because asus site states it's compatible
The manual states 3200 too is plus it's more affordable 4x4gb's at 250.us.

    The 3600 or 3200 at 4x8gb's is a commitment :)

Isn't it better to get 2x8GB instead of 4x4 ?

    Hi,
Not on a quad channel board x99 or now x299 boards
Although I would think it was better to get either 4x4gb's or 4x8gb's

Might of missed this old thread Tommie :)

I would think it would overtake a 1080 by being overclocked if so people are going to grab them up but it probably cost more than a 1080 right ?
