    Hi,
All I notice between the two/ x299 8 ram slots and z370 4 ram slots is mainly the number of ram slots
Now correct me if I'm wrong but having only 4 ram slots is this board/ z370 only capable of running dual channel ?

    You're correct.

X299 supports quad channel DDR4, while Z370 only supports dual channel DDR4.

Even though quad channel supposed to be faster 1t gives better overclocking results
quad channel is fast but some of the mem test some dual channels kits do a better job

When I went from Dual Channel DDR3 to Quad Channel DDR4, I was disappointed. I honestly could tell no difference and even the memory benchmarks were only slightly higher.

I don't see how any x299 owners would be put off by this comparison. That is only one chip, x299 has many different ways to go in terms of chip, performance, price scaling.

Your issue with 3dmark would indicate some instability in your system. I am not aware of any overriding issues with 3dmark crashing pc's.
It's my GPU Bro it is problematic here is my real bench score you know you can't run this test if your system is unstable so my GPU is temperamental and maybe i need to do a RMA
