NEXT Kraken x62 or Corsair H115i ?
Need your help agsin.
My eyes are bleeding watching all the reviews of the coolers and I am still not decided so I am asking for advice from my trusted friend's here. Which one?

Both of these CLC preform about the same and are as loud or quiet as each other when set up correctly and both have a long warranty. The Kraken x62 has great RGB so this is what I am leaning towards at the moment. Would like to have you feed back before committing to buying it. Must be ordered before end of today for tomorrow delivery as my cooler is on its way out. (think the pump has gone).
Thanks

Hi,
I'd go with the Kraken I almost did but MicroCenter didn't have one
It has a 30mm thick radiator verses 25mm corsair but I believe both are single core but I haven't really seen any official # on how thick the corsair one is.
Corsair has had a lot of software issues and they don't really acknowledge/ fix any of them on their forum that I've read anyway.
Since I just used one H115i compared to the H110i GT "should of gotten the GTX" I already had the H115i seems a little funkier all of the hook ups are different and not in a good way
Rad seems cheaper/ lighter weight
For the money is why most people go that route since the custom loop route is more than twice the costs.
I have read in reviews(Amazon & Co.) that the RGB software for NZXT Kraken causes Frame Rate instability.
But they are older reviews, and NZXT has updated the CAM software since then, sooo...
But if you insist: NZXT Kraken X60 review - Final words and conclusion
Software
Added benefit is of course the Kraken control software. You can monitor and regulate your cooling solution on a software level. The software suite works well, but still has a bug or two. In fact we had the problem where the software reported it has "lost the USB port" a couple of time. Overall though the Kraken software control suite works well and does exactly what it needs to do, but we do expect an update or two before it's perfect.
Final words
I think NZXT has a very lovely offering with the Kraken X60. Please do make sure it will actually fit inside your system before you purchase it, it needs 280mm fan mounts which is a little more uncommon. Nothing you can't manage yourself with a drill of course. Also remember that this product is a slightly more noisy compared to Corsair H100i series, but sure it performance slightly better as well. Other then that if you are on the lookout for an easy to install, good looking and really nice performing product then most definitely consider this kit. We do feel that the 150 EUR needed might be a small step too far for a lot of you guys. The reality remains simple though, it is worth it and as such comes recommended by Guru3D.com
Hi,
I'm not sure anyone uses corsair link anymore but the latest version I couldn't even change the led lighting on the pump
I had to role back a version or 3 to get to work not sure if the new version even showed the pump to change it's rate
The only version of CL I could get to work properly is 4.2.3.41 and I had to dig for it in corsairs forum where a kind soul posted a link to it :)
Link to where the older versions were posted
The Corsair User Forums - View Single Post - Discuss Link v4.6.0.86 here
You have to use the RGB sliders to change the LED light now and it may take several goes for it to work. Link has never been very good and I read some very bad reviews about the CAM software too.
I am pulled towards the X62 due to the RGB function it has as the performance in comparable to the H115i so either unit will do if the cooling and noise performance is your only deciding factor.
I hate buying PC gear
