    My refresh rate is 100hrz it doesn't matter really unless going to a higher resolution

    Makes sense to me. I like this part:

    Refresh Rates-refresh.png

    Don't need free/G Sync. Get a GPU that can run minimum frames at your refresh rate and gaming is great ie Project Cars 2 locked at 120 or I could probably do 144. Why is it not improving my driving skills? I have no answer.

    I have got 60Hz monitor, vsync disabled and frame rate control set to 55FPS, it lowers tearing and works pretty well.

    Most people probably don't catch this but.....

    Even though you overclock your monitor by default windows drops it to 60hrz

    Which means most people who think they are getting a full 144hrz isn't because you have to go into windows display management to get the true refresh rate operational
