Choppy FPS When I wake my computer from sleep.

    Hey guys,

Been having this issue since I built my Ryzen rig and can't seem to figure it out. If I put my desktop to sleep and wake it up then try to play a game I get 5FPS and the whole system feels sluggish. But if I restart the computer then go back into the game everything is fine and normal. Any idea what is casing this?
    My System:
    Ryzen 5 1600X stock
    Gigabyte AB350 Gaming
    GTX 970 SC.

Thanks for any help. I have been banging my head into the desk trying to get this sorted out.

I have done all my BIOS updates. I guess I'll just shut it down. I don't want it running all day and night.
