You're pretty much fine with what you have. Just don't expect PUBG to run well (Which is pretty true even on more powerful machine, no one is to blame but the devs).
Either way, you need mouse and keyboard. And those prices are pretty cheap for those. Gaming usually means fancy lights and more configurable options.

Gaming keyboards often are backlit, some with RGB. Gaming mice also tend to have lighting options too.
Somebody questioned his "gaming keyboard, mouse, and headset" and said "gaming, whatever that means". With those peripherals it often means lights and more configurable options.
I am not saying the lights improve the gaming experience.
The point is that you can game perfectly fine on a $15 dollar keyboard/mouse comboset. If they still sell them new, get a Creative Fatal1ty headset to go with that. Its a good and cheap headset. Totals about $50 for the lot and you save $57 bucks to spend on hardware that will actually make a difference.
Please don't look at what I have because I have the above mentioned Creative headset, a Roccat Kone[+] and a Logitech G510. Mouse and keyboard alone add up to € 150,-
But for typing long texts, I still prefer the 10 bucks HP at work. And some kind old Logitech MX mouse.
