Does your current weak machine take anywhere near 10 minutes? Hard to believe unless it is ultra weak. I dunno what you have.

I'd guess the average PC made in the last 6 or 8 years with an HDD not an SSD will boot Windows in 1 to 2 minutes. A few quicker, maybe a few longer. Over 3 minutes would be extremely rare unless something is haywire.

You can easily find out how much RAM you are using at any moment. You don't have to guess.

Mines a 4-5 year old laptop, with about a 2 minute boot up.

Currently working on setting up a gaming pc build. I have a Ryzen 5 1600 and a GTX 1050ti. My question is, for gaming, should I have a better Cpu or Gpu. Titles include csg, tf2, payday2, and Battlefront and pubg in the future.

Yes I know there is no SSD and that is a upgrade Im planning for the future. My questions are, will this mobo allow for overclocking, does the build have everything i need to start and run my pc , and will the parts come with the neccesary cables and such to connect to the other parts, like dvi cable from gpu to monitor and usb and audio cables from mobo to the front usb and audio outputs on the front of the case

Not usually. If the monitor supports DVI it should have come with the cable. USB cables may not have come with a printer but other devices such as a camera usually will have what they need. Some included with devices may not be sufficiently long enough.

Yes, if the case has the feature, some don't.
