    Yeah, i understand the budget restrictions. As far as resolution goes, having a higher resolution works fabulous on forums as well as for photos.

    I see that you picked out a monitor and it is an IPS display, so I think you will be pretty happy with it.

    It's on sale on Walmart right now 127.99 USD. Good luck.
