New Monitor Recommendations

My aged 23" HP 2311x monitor died. My PC is a loaded HP ENVY. I am not a gamer. Considering going from a 23" to 27". Please recommend a high quality name brand monitor. My budget is from $250 to $300.

No. I was of the opinion that VS was bargin monitors.

i would try to stick with an IPS panel. Unfortunately, really good monitors usually cost quite a bit. For example, the Dell U2715h is a great 27" monitor. It's $469 at Amazon,https://www.amazon.com/Dell-UltraSha...eywords=u2717d.

At 27", I'd want 2560x1440 resolution.

My PC is primarily used to participate in forums, reading, research and photos plus my budget is restricted.
