Thanks Dude. Our internet is DSL & slow, so the Windows 10 image file took about 8 hours to download 3.4Gb of data. The MS tech insists on creating the thumb drive for install & will call back later today, about 5:30 EDT. That's fine as I'm doing some extra cleaning of the case & also took the SSD drive (former C: ) out & saved data off it on a laptop PC so a clean install can be done over it. The MS tech insisted that all drives be reformatted to do a clean install but two of those drives are 2Tb & one is 1.5 Tb & all three are just photo, video & Oops Backup data so I can't see the need & have no means of storing that data elsewhere.
I am gun-shy about flashing the BIOS after the last crash & burn. The Gigabyte tech should understand their products & insisted that the reason BIOS failed was because of the former Intel CPU Windows 10 install still being present. I was thinking using @BIOS this time.
