@worf105, it looks like you got the experimental engineering version that they use for all the testing to determine life expectancy and to identify all the bugs which were fixed in the next version. It looks like you ended up with the old worn out version with all the bugs.

Yup Andrew, that's what I did too. looked at the only manual I could find for your PS ...the model number - 220-G3-1000-X3 of yours. That manual Cliff showed us says for the NEX series, which ours is not.

Just cancelled the order... Not wanting no test version.
