RAM for Ryzen....

If you are building or planning a build with the new AM4 processors and boards you have most likely seen or heard that finding quality memory has been frustrating at best......

With all my searching and reading I came across a nice site that is a dam good starting point for finding tried and proven by users like you and I.....You can search by the board you want or have and can even search based on the RAM you already have to see if it has been proven by any of the boards yet......

If you use this site and can add to these listing it is possible for you to input your findings and possibly help others.....

Just look across the title bar and start your search there.

This ram is what i am using Crucial 16GB 2 X 8GB Tactical DDR4-3000 PC4-24000 UDIMM Desktop Memory Kit BLT2C8G4D30AETA - Micro Center
and it runs it pretty well not to effective speed 3000 the XMP profile is flawed as hell

i got it solid at 2666Mhz which seems to be the Honey spot for any Ryzen chip

I am finding with the three AM4 boards I have played with that memory is just plain fickle all around......I am still farting around with a 3200Mhz Flare X 16GB kit that is made especially for Ryzen......so far I have only been able to get it to 2400Mhz stable.....but I am going to play with it again this morning because I have seen at least one other guy that has the exact same setup and he managed to get it up to its full potential and stable........

Oh yea, starting point for me on all projects........I know it is a voltage problem and the limitations on this, and most B350 boards, for overclocking is the problem.......I think I might have it figured out but just not in the mood to play with it this morning. Will get back to it this afternoon...

Indeed you are looking for a non post anything above 2666mhz
