RAM for Ryzen....

    This is a list of G.Skil at or over 3200 MHz I can get my mitts on here and even those ones have to be ordered for about 2 weeks delivery. first 3 are about 150 - 170€.

    G.SKILL 16GB Ripjaws V DDR4 3200MHz KIT
    G.SKILL 16GB Trident Z DDR4 3200MHz CL16 KIT
    G.SKILL 16GB Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200MHz CL16 KIT
    G.SKILL 16GB Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200MHz CL14 KIT -230€.
    G.SKILL 16GB Trident Z RGB DDR4 3866MHz CL18 KIT -290€
    G.SKILL 16GB Trident Z RGB DDR4 3466MHz CL16 KIT -244,00€
    I think I will have to wait a bit and see if next BIOS version may bring some better compatibility. AGESA 1.0.0.6 is around the corner, so they say at Asus.

    If I were in your shoes I would wait......the next update this month with AGESA will be huge I am hearing.......I personally witnessed a major improvement with 1004 for the memory I was playing with......

    Yeah, that's only option for now. I just don't like leaving system so un-optimized.

    My new one is a ryzen build, when it arrives. They are putting DDR4 into the MB. (16GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 2133MHz (2 x 8GB) )

    Well, it HAS to be DDR4, nothing else would fit. 2133MHz is base frequency so it should work with no problem. What else are you getting ?

    AGESA code 1.0.0.6 is out, BIOS with it is said to bring new compatibility for RAM.
    New beta BIOS for Asus C6H with AGESA 1006 : Amd

    Spec page says that it could handle up to 3200 OC RAM. Not sure, but anything from DDR4 2133 to 4266 should be work.

    I updated BIOS to 0612 and now RAM won't work even at 2400MHz. Can't go back to earlier BIOS either. For now I'm stuck at what I have now.
