Ok Tommy, only problem is, if you have too few VRMs, and your BIOS doesn't have LLC settings, then none of this can help OC stability, and one has to settle that at least at a high OC, the system stays stable and doesn't/won't freeze or crash(which is a very good thing, but still a trade off it seems).

I might try just using one core at 4.9, and the rest at stock or 4.4 maybe.
This system has 3 at 4.0 and one core at 4.2 when set to default(all things "Auto". So instead of the one core at 4.2, set it to 4.9.
This is true you can also overclock non k chips unless intel already put the microcode in to stop it

People were getting non K 6700 and getting them to 4.5 off of the Blck crazy and on motherboards that really don't support oc lol

I read this on toms hardware

lol here it is a guide lmao wow wow

Still need to read the link, but to do non K you use the BCLK I believe.

    Yep!
That works great on Skylakes, because on Z170A's it doesn't affect the PCIe lanes.

Until now changing the bClk affected the speeds of everything in and around the CPU: not just the CPU cores and the memory, but also the clock frequency of the PCI-Express bus. The latter part formed a large bottleneck, since the PCI-Express controller of Haswell/Broadwell and previous generations stopped working when it was overclocked more than about 5%. To somewhat compensate for this Intel introduced baseclock straps with Haswell, which were multipliers for the PCI-Express bus, making a 125 MHz or 167 MHz bClk or minus 5% bClk possible.

How does these voltages look to you? Still got more tests to run
