Without doing a delid i hoover round 1.38-1.4 Volts on my 6700k but my temps never get higher than 76c that's very good what you have
However it will not post on anything higher than 4.8 i know it's probably a motherboard thing because ASUS allows better overall overclocking but i am satisfied with Asrock Fatality series
I think you have a solid build there i can't wait to see some Benchmarking results do you plan on upgrading to a TI or a regular 1080 ?
I had bought a 1070 but it was a nightmare for me because it couldn't handle my set up i can't use anything less than one 1080 or i'll be dead in the water
OK dialed in the following:
and tested with IBT on High setting and PASSED with temps of 72 72 73 74 (getting toasty in this room)
and 4 consecutive runs with Cinebench scoring: 1017 1020 1021 1021 1021 ending with max temps of 62 63 62 64 and no errors.
Update: Ran Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and Full tests and PASSED with temps of 61 59 59 61
Very quick Prime 95 tests 10 minutes only:
Small FFT = PASSED without errors with max temps of 78 75 75 77
In-Place Large FFT = PASSED without errors with max temps of 79 76 77 79
Realbench 15 mins 16Gb RAM tested = PASSED temps 66 66 64 67
AIDA64 Stability Test = Quick run of 35 mins = PASSED temps 66 67 65 68
Quick Reminder: All my case fans - 2 x AF140 front intake, 1 x SP120 bottom intake and 1 x AF140 rear exhaust are running under 50% and my 2 x 140mm rad fans (Top mounted and exhausting out) and pump are set to quiet. All intake fans are filtered and all fans are balanced to provide a positive air pressure inside the case.

Ok Tommy, only problem is, if you have too few VRMs, and your BIOS doesn't have LLC settings, then none of this can help OC stability, and one has to settle that at least at a high OC, the system stays stable and doesn't/won't freeze or crash(which is a very good thing, but still a trade off it seems).
I might try just using one core at 4.9, and the rest at stock or 4.4 maybe.
This system has 3 at 4.0 and one core at 4.2 when set to default(all things "Auto". So instead of the one core at 4.2, set it to 4.9.
I've got updated benchmark score throughout the forum
Yes if I get the money together I hopefully will get a Zotac GTX 1080 Ti Amp Extreme. (got someone gagging to buy my Zotac GTX 1070 Amp Extreme)
