Downloaded MSI BIOS Missing Installer

I just found out at the MSI site there have been three more BIOS updates to the one I got with my Z170A PC MATE, and for PCIe, NVMe and my M.2 might be helpful:

But when I download any of then(I had to check), the only have the text file and the BIOS version file, but the third component, the installer app, which is needed both for flashing using M-Flash or doing it through a bootable USB, is missing:

MSI live Update 6 say's there is no BIOS Update, but the site does( I currently have the A.9 version): Support For Z170A PC MATE | MSI Global | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design

Any recommendations.... anyone?

M-Flash sees my USB drive, it sees the folder, but then it only shows three dots(...) for going back up one level, and it doesn't see the two files, so I'm guessing it needs the installer application as shown in this video:

That is the only drive to chose, so it gives the options on the right, which shows system file info, and not the BIOS file, in this case should be E7971IMS.AD0

I normally save the BIOS file to the root of USB Thumb drive formatted with FAT32. I have a Z90 and use M-Flash to update.

Your BIOS is 2 versions behind. Try AA version first to see if it recognize it.

That may just do it. If not Cliff, try using the MSI Tool from the MSIforums instead of LiveUpdate?MFlash

I had to join the forums to download the software, so I did.
I set it up no problems.
Tried changing boot order in BIOS, problem is, I cannot set it to legacy, might have to do with my M.2 PCIe system drive, as ther is no option to change it from UEFI.
I tried using Advanced Startup in Windows, but that don't work.
Is there a one time boot F key to push, F11 takes me to BIOS, ESC too, F( doesn't do anything.
I seems I cannot boot into the darn USB now I have it made

Found it! F11, but it only offers me my M.2 system drive, or to go to BIOS
So... still no joy

On my "off the shelf" Lenovo, it's sooooo easy, download the new BIOS, and run the installer from inside of Windows, reboot

SO!
It came to mind that my TPM(Trusted Platform Module), might have been preventing me from either, being able to see the bootable USB BIOS installer, or from flashing, so I tried turning it off,
also at MSI Forums, I saw that it was recommended that Overclockers turn their OC's off,
I also reset my BIOS to OOBE Optimized Defaults,
and lastly for good measure, reset my CMOS(I have backups of my OC profiles), still,
cannot M-Flash or boot into a bootable USB.
I bet anything it's this damn M.2.
M.2s need to be set to RAID to install Windows, then later switched to AHCI, or you clean install on another disk, then then install the M.2 and reimage to it.

Dino I tried all that too, and no joy. Can a BIOS be locked?
I mean, in my screenshot, it shows the current BIOS on the bottom, but were I am to select, it doesn't show the BIOS file, just that there is SVI, then I click that, get the two dots, click those, it goes back to SVI
