Upping base clock on MSI gaming 290s?
Long story short, if I plug more then one monitor into a MSI Gaming r9 290 the screen flickers because the base memory clock is too low. What's the best way to fix this?

Well, pardon the heck out of me, thought it better to give the sources than to misquote what I read.
Fair enough. I was just annoyed as I had already checked that and was unable to find a solution. Weirdly enough I resolved the problem by adding a third monitor. Thanks for the help anyways.
