At room temps 2100, a little cold air and i can get 2145. But its not really cold yet. I think I can do better yet. I am on the triple fan Zotac with the Galax bios allowing for 380 w of power. My stock bios was limited to 300w.
So much for all the talk about binned 2080ti's. My so called lower tier 2080ti is running with just about everything out there.
That's some great performance. Sounds like a chilly gaming experience though, do you have extra clothes on? LoL.I have seen some other lucky Zotac's around here, maybe they have something special? Did that require some voltage bump? 380W is a lot, my 1080Ti FTW3 will sometimes guzzle that much.
Cold air is only used for OCing. I dont even use any OC for gaming, stock clocks maxes everything out.
The 380w bios only allows for that power draw if it is required, not a constant thing. I use the Galax Extreme tuning utility that allows voltage slider to go up to 1.25V. I set it to 1.2 for what I have done to this point.
