    Yeah power target and core voltage matters on this bench pretty wild the varying difference between each one too

    I even went to an older version of Nvidia too, just to see if it would help ....nope it doesn't

    So darn close to 10900 still not showing 100% utilization lol

    Don't know how you manage that either, mine always shows 100% .....
    Plus yours always shows much cooler temps then my old girl...
    Nice water cooler you installed....now I get it...duh....
