Just tried a clean install of the NVIDA drivers too, that didn't help.
The only thing left I guess, is to see if the beta versions of Riva Tuner and Afterburner are the culprits.
I would hate to go through all that work and find out it's not though....
Oh well, I`ll give it a shot!

Thanks, I had tried uninstalling the betas/Rive & Afterburner, but it didn't help(most likely a corruption somewhere). I re-imaged, to the Macrium Image, I made yesterday morning, way before I started messing around. Now everything is hunky-dory again:)Cliff; I just googled it and picked the top result. I'm glad I learned that long ago, and now it's just a habit.
Glad you got it working, Cliff. FYI if you ever have trouble with AB/Rivatuner Alexey Nicolaychuk aka Unwinder is on the Guru3D forum frequently so perhaps you can get help there. One thing they often mention to those with issues is to reinstall the latest c++ distribution as some other app installed may have changed things. Perhaps that happened in your case if a reimage fixed it.
PS: nice score. Let's see if dude gives it to Slippery.

PS dude: Isn't Slippery's medium 1080P score 17059?. I think you gave him Cliff's score of 17168. There you go again giving Slippery someone else's higher score.
Slippery; whatever those pictures are you have of dude doing something naughty, we would all like to see them.

I do not install the riva tuner seems to work a little better for a little longer without it.
But one thing I do periodically uninstall it and don't save settings
Same goes for the actual benchmark utility/ program/ app choose your description especially this bugware benchmark lol
