Hope that 1080ti is working out for you. :)

LOL, well I did put "old" in quotes. I'm still very happy with my I7 6700K but I suspect those 6+cores will start to rule the roost for enthusiasts and even hard core gamers, although doubt gamers will see much benefit anytime soon.
Yes your Superposition SLI performance issue is there is no SLI profile. I assume doorules sent you the link. Sanjin over at the EVGA forums posted a link awhile back.
Good to see you back, fellow Canadian. Hope you have a good crop/yield this year. We need to see what new hardware the OC guru chooses. Any thoughts about what hardware you have your eyes on?

In terms of tech not really seeing much to catch my eye to honest. AMD seems to be back in the game for cpu's which is awesome, but I don't see anything I would toss my chip for.
In terms of gpu's it looks like nvidia realizes there will be no real challenge from the other side so they are rumored to be putting off next gen to Q2 2018. So again it looks like for this winter I will be standing pat.
I am very much looking forward to the new Wolfenstein game, loved the last one, and going to even try the new WW2 COD game after having given up on the franchise for the last few years. I am a real sucker for WW2 shooters
