Pushed the 1600X a little bit. 4.18ghz. Waiting til cool fall / cold winter weather to push above 4.2. I can do it now, but the voltage is awfully high (1.48v).

Compared to the 5820k I had, that I pushed to points beyond reason.

I have not done anything to my 1600x in a while and the Bios updates keep coming

What Board are you using i have a AsrockPro4 B350 i have my 1600x paired with one of my 1080's at the moment you make me want to bench it since it beat my 6850k @4.511Ghz ha

Currently mine is at 4.0Ghz with stock Voltage 1.42 i had 4.1Ghz from day one but Bios updates don't seem to do what it did before

I gotta get my X299 in there so I can bang heads with you guys, but you all know I`ll let it sit for 2 or 3 months before I get to it I like to build them in the winter to keep from going crazy
