    That's about same score I get when all is on auto. Did you check frequencies it boosts to while running CB ?

    Sort of looks like Cinebench likes more cores/threads than speed.

    It's actually a benchmark for Maxon's own "Cinema" software which can use a lot of cores Demo DownloadMAXON | 3D FOR THE REAL WORLD but is also relevant for any multi threaded SW.

    The only "fair" comparison whereonly clock speed matters, is if everyone posted the single core run, but who has the time?

    Hi,
    Not sure I'm going to keep it yet jury still out 9940x R20 8006 single core 435 at 4.4 and 1.2v default cache is 2400MHz oddly instead of 2700 like 9900x :/
    Spread between cores is within 10c of each other so not terrible.

    4.5 still at 1.2v cranked mesh to 3000MHz for 8247

    I just installed an ASUS RX580 (was using Intel CPU Video). Decided to try the Cinebench. Here is my results. The motherboard is an ASUS ROG Maximus Hero VIII and i7 6700K (not overclocked) and 16GB RAM
