    I'm set so my Vcore remains at 1.39 always, whether stressing or not, fo stability(yes even under AVX loads).

    What do you use to read the vcore, HW Monitor? CPU-Z? HWiFO64? or other?

    I am trying to trace why my system always reads 1.344 - 1.360 no matter what I set.

    I use SIV64, System Information Viewer. It is mind boggling with the sheer volume of info presented. Great for seeing core temps and voltages per core, and just about everything else.

    If I match your setting then 5.0 GHz (5.1 GHz @ 1.43 volts)is OK and stable. I can not see or feel any difference with the CPU @ 5.0 GHz so I am keeping mine @ 4.8 GHz.

    My setting are as follows:

    AI Overclocker Tuner =XMP
    ASUS MCE = DIsabled
    CPU SVID Support = Best Case
    AVX offset = 0
    SVID Support = Enabled
    CPU LLC = 5
    CPU Power Phase = Standard
    CPU Current Capacity = 100%
    Speedstep = On
    Turbo Mode = On
    Long Duration = 4095
    Short Duration = 4095
    IA AC = 0.01
    IA DC = 0.01
    CPU Voltage (Fixed / Adaptive / Offset) = Adaptive @ 1.24 volts
    + or - offset sign = +
    Offset Voltage = Auto
    VCCIO = 1.15 volts
    VCCSA = 0.95 volts

    BIOS Version = 0605
