The TI's are huge. This is the Gigabyte Aorus, look at the size.
Yes, the TI's are huge. Anyone, especially those with less than a full tower, should first be confirming the TI's fit in their case. The EVGA FTW3 length is 11.8 inches. My Corsair 750D case supports a max GPU length of 18.1 inches. For purchasers not doing their homework please give me a shout and we can talk "discounted resale". . Ya, I know you'll just return it. Darn those good return policy AIB's.

    LOL CountMike.

People should also be looking at GPU width. Check the Asus Strix 1080TI. 2.5 slots (ya really 3 slots) is a bit greedy IMHO.

Yes it is Worf, a classic no worries case. Your AirFlow model (out of stock when I purchased my parts) is even better. Your TI will be breathing easy in that rig.

Well I'm sad for you too. You can be sad for me later on. I'm hoping to wait for Volta TI. By then, Nvidia will have "helped" with so many new games that my current 1080 P ultra settings with a 120HZ monitor will likely run those new games at 50 FPS.
I hope my lazy 1070 can handle Sniper Ghost Warrior 3, it ships this coming Tuesday

Taking about monitors. Can you recommend a good 1440p 100+ Hz 27" monitor that will suit my 1080ti for a budget of "little as possible"

    My consider a 1080p

    Let's see. You're running that 1070 at 1440P

Ya, I can't wait, Dude. I simply cannot get into Fallout 4, the only uncompleted game I have. I am now close to finishing third time around in Doom, this time on hard settings which is totally insane. Good thing I'm on pension. I have to rest after 90 minutes on Doom hard settings.

with that Ti, you should be ashamed of yourself if you run 1080p Have a look at some of the Asus ones. I dont think they will be budget friendly though
